Enrolled in 1985, Mr. Shahzad Shaukat became an Advocate of the High Court in 1987 and of the Supreme Court in 1997. Over the past three decades, he has become one of Pakistan’s leading legal minds in constitutional, civil, and election law, with numerous landmark cases to his credit. His dedication to public service includes his previous roles as President of the Supreme Court Bar Association (2023–24) and prior appointment as Advocate General Punjab (2022). Known for his integrity, legal acumen, and courtroom command, Mr. Shaukat continues to lead major constitutional litigation across the country.

Mr. Malik is a seasoned expert in constitutional and civil law. He served as Secretary, Lahore High Court Bar (1999–2000), Legal Advisor to Faisalabad Municipal Corporation (2000–2002), and Additional Advocate General, Punjab (2007–2009). He brings over 27 years of courtroom and advisory experience to the firm.

With more than 20 years of legal experience, Mr. Mahmood specializes in civil litigation, contract law, and legal documentation for both individuals and corporations.

Mr. Taha Shaukat completed his law degree in 2015 and was called to the bar in 2017. He worked as an associate at Lawyers and Lawyers International for a year and at Imtiaz Siddiqui and Associates for two years. At both these law firms, he gained valuable experience in a wide variety of banking, company, and taxation matters. He has now been in the law firm for over four and a half years and his main areas of interest are Constitutional Law, Election Laws, Telecommunication Laws, and Commercial/Corporate Laws. He is an avid legal researcher and a strong advocate for the promotion of Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Mr. Raza-Ur-Rehman Asad completed his law degree in the year 2013. He worked as an associate in the Advocate General Office, Punjab for a period of 2 years. At the Advocate General Office, Mr. Raza was entrusted with constitutional research work and appearing before the Honourable Lahore High Court. His main areas of interest are Constitutional Law, Legal Research, and Legal Drafting.

Barrister Maaz is a graduate of Queen Mary University of London, where he earned his LL.M. in Comparative and International Dispute Resolution, and a member of Lincoln’s Inn. He is also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb). He previously worked at United Trademark and Patent Services, where he advised global clients such as Louis Vuitton, IBM, and Sephora on intellectual property and commercial disputes. At Shaukat & Shaukat, he is actively engaged in civil and commercial litigation, including proceedings before the Supreme Court of Pakistan. His primary areas of practice include international arbitration, corporate advisory, and IP law, with a growing portfolio in cross-border dispute resolution.

Barrister M. Talha Zahoor Wattoo is a UK-trained legal practitioner dedicated to providing trusted legal counsel and effective representation across a broad range of legal matters. He holds an LL.B. from Coventry University, an LL.M. in Arbitration Law from BPP University London, and completed the Bar-at-Law at BPP University in 2025.

Combining international legal education with a practical understanding of Pakistan's legal landscape, Barrister M. Talha advises and represents clients in civil disputes, constitutional matters, commercial litigation, property disputes, family law, and arbitration related proceedings. Muhammad Ahsan Nasrullah Dhillon is an accomplished advocate with a strong academic foundation and diverse litigation experience. A graduate of the University of the Punjab, Lahore (LL.B) and Forman Christian College University (B.A. Hons.), he has been practicing law since 2020 and is currently serving as an Associate at Shaukat & Shaukat Law Associates, under the mentorship of Mr. Shahzad Shaukat, Advocate Supreme Court and former President of the Supreme Court Bar Association of Pakistan. His professional expertise spans civil and commercial litigation, property and conveyancing, as well as advisory roles for prominent organizations, including JWS Pakistan and the Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA). With reported judgments to his credit and memberships in both the Lahore High Court Bar Association and the District Bar Association Gujranwala, Ahsan brings dedication, precision, and a client-centered approach to his legal practice.

Barrister M. Salman Khalid

Barrister M. Salman Khalid has over six (6) years of practical experience in Corporate, Property, Contract, Immigration, Family, PRA, NAB, Services and Environment Laws. He has represented and defended well-regarded clients in matters before both the Civil Courts and the High Court, including litigation involving Military Accounts Housing Society (Lahore), Rawn Real Estates (Lahore), Sheikh Imran Brick Kiln (Hafizabad), etc.

Barrister Salman has filed and argued civil suits relating to Specific Performance of Contracts, Declaration of Rights, Cancellation of Proprietary Documents, Execution of Documents, Correction of Record, and Rescission of Contracts. He has also handled Interim Applications, including addition/deletion of parties, mandatory and prohibitory injunctions, applications for additional evidence, production of witnesses/documents, and amendments to pleadings.

Malik Ahmad Naveed is an Advocate and has graduated from Quaid-e-Azam Law College, affiliated with University of the Punjab, where he obtained his legal education and developed a strong foundation in law and legal practice. Since entering the legal profession, he has gained valuable experience under the mentorship of Mr. Shahzad Shaukat Advocate Supreme Court.

His areas of practice primarily include civil litigation, family and guardianship matters, Corporate/Commercial matters, Property Settlement cases, revenue disputes, Constitutional litigation, Election matters and other matters of civil nature.

Taha Naeem Sheikh is an Advocate of the High Court and a dedicated legal practitioner with over three years of professional experience in litigation, legal advisory, and dispute resolution. He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Commercial and Corporate Law from the University of Westminster, London, and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of London, where he was awarded a Distinction in Islamic Law.

Having appeared before the Civil Courts and the Lahore High Court, he has developed considerable experience in advocacy, legal research, drafting, and client representation. His professional background includes working with Asif Qureshi Law Associates in Pakistan and M&S Solicitors in London, United Kingdom, where he gained exposure to a broad spectrum of contentious and non-contentious legal matters.

His practice focuses on Family Law, Civil Litigation, Criminal Law, Cybercrime and Digital Offences, and Commercial and Corporate Law. Drawing upon both international academic training and practical litigation experience, he is committed to delivering strategic, commercially minded, and client-focused legal solutions while maintaining the highest standards of professional integrity and service.

Rana Inzamam Ul Hassan is a practicing lawyer with experience in legal practice since 2021. He graduated from Himayat-e-Islam Law College, affiliated with Punjab University, Lahore.
He has served as a Legal Advisor at Al Rehman Garden, providing legal counsel on a range of matters. His areas of practice include civil law, criminal law, family law, and specialized representation in narcotics cases, with particular experience in bail applications and criminal appeals.
